Return & Exchange Policy

At EL’UNIQUE, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 4 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • If the product is received in a damaged condition.
  • If you identify a quality or a manufacturing defect on the received product.
  • Unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

How to Return

To start a return, contact us at info@elunique.in or call us at 8377995925 with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you with the return process.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and check your returned item, we will notify you by email or call.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 4 working days and credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
  • If the order has already been shipped, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged to cover shipping and handling costs (as our products are fragile and carefully packed).
